  6. Knee extension, hip flexion, shoulder extension, elbow extension, wrist hyperextension?

    1. Hi MaryAnn,

      shoulder flexion (forward), wrist slight extension (passive). I recommend pressing the mounds at the bases of the fingers into the mat to activate the wrist flexors and increase wrist stability. Thanks for posting! Ray

    Yoga in a very good for health. Its free your body and easy processing for blood circulation. Thank you for your nice post. People should do Yoga for every day.
