Knee extension, hip flexion, shoulder extension, elbow extension, wrist hyperextension?
Hi MaryAnn,shoulder flexion (forward), wrist slight extension (passive). I recommend pressing the mounds at the bases of the fingers into the mat to activate the wrist flexors and increase wrist stability. Thanks for posting! Ray
